- Optimized production layout divided by functional zones: cutting – bending – welding – powder coating – assembly – quality control – packaging – shipping warehouse

- 350+ skilled production workers: organized into welding, coating, and assembly teams
- 25 engineers: responsible for technical drawings, BOM, and manufacturing process setup
